Because he’s successfully handled litigation on many multi-million dollar personal injury cases, other attorneys often request D. Brooks Hundley’s help with matters relating to personal injury. The results of his cases are often so compelling that the Richmond Times-Dispatch and other news outlets have frequently interviewed him. Brooks has also received prestigious awards for his work. In 2016, he was selected for membership in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and is among only 100 attorneys in Virginia to become a Lifetime Achievement recipient in America’s Top 100 Attorneys.
Brooks grew up in Chesterfield County and went on to earn his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. Attending law school at Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, he graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree. Brooks passed the Virginia Bar Exam and began practice in 1999.
